IDROMONT - Hydromorphology and Integrated Management of Mountain Watercourses

The course aims to provide the most up-to-date knowledge on the morphological dynamics of mountain watercourses and the ability to perform periodic monitoring using the various technologies that have become available in recent years. Morphological dynamics and their monitoring are now recognized as fundamental for the integrated and sustainable management of watersheds, especially in mountainous areas characterized by intense sediment transport during flood events.
