Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training
The Erasmus+ programme offers staff grants for mobility periods at higher education institutions in European and non-EU countries participating in the initiative, provided that the University has signed an inter-institutional agreement for the reference year with the host foreign institution.
Who can participate: technical and administrative staff of the University of Padua.
Duration of mobility:听
- mobility in participating programme countries (KA 131): minimum 2 days - maximum 5 days (excluding travel)
- mobility in partner countries: 5 days (excluding travel).
Grant:听calculated based on the Erasmus+ Programme tables. It varies according to the distance between the University of Padua and the host institution, the cost of living in the destination country, and the duration of the stay. It may potentially be supplemented by the home department.
How to participate: submission of the application online. The application is evaluated by a committee, giving priority to those who have never received an Erasmus+ for Training grant. The selection of candidates is based on the analysis of a work programme (Staff Mobility for Training Mobility Agreement) outlining the objectives to be achieved, the expected results, and the activities to be carried out.
Deadline for application submission: for the academic year 2025/2026, two calls are scheduled:
- for activities to be carried out between April 26, 2025, and聽 January 31, 2026, the deadline is Monday, March 24, 2025 at 1 pm;
- for activities to be carried out between November 1, 2025, and July 21, 2026, the deadline is Monday, September 29, 2025 at 1 pm.
